About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle of entry level to mid level roles and support strategic sourcing efforts for critical positions. This role will focus on recruiting a mix of sales, marketing, technical and operational roles. We are open to hiring in any of our US offices (Arlington, Chicago or Jersey City).

Key Responsibilities
Becoming an expert in our business to effectively source qualify candidates
Researching talent pools across a variety of roles to gain market intelligence to apply to sourcing candidates
Participating in intake meetings by sharing profiles from your candidate pipeline
Maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future needs to reduce the time to fill
Tracking and communicating interviews
Maintaining relationships with your hires
Owning and executing on a talent acquisition strategy
Enabling our hiring managers and interviewers to provide an engaging and quality candidate experience
Utilizing and maintaining our ATS, providing detailed notes and submissions on candidates and facilitating the interview/hiring process
Championing AvePoint’s EVP and culture through talent branding and hiring team advocacy in a meaningful way.
Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as; DEI recruitment, employee referral program, and talent branding
The Ideal Candidate Has
2 - 5 years of recruitment experience in high volume and/or competitive industries, such as IT
Sales minded individual; someone who is personable, can maintain high activity and can effectively pitch our roles to candidates
Entrepreneurial drive – able to come up with new ideas on how to recruit the best talent for our teams by integrating yourself into the business
Business minded - natural curiosity on how each role fits into the bigger picture of how a business operates
