Job Overview

We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our team at Smart TechLink Solutions Inc. This is a contract position based in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1 to 3 years of experience in a support role and possesses excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Linux, Scripting (any of Shell / Perl / Python), SQL - are must to have.
  • Any support experience, incident management is desirable.
  • Java, DevOps is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Solid knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
