Site Acquisition Manager / 5G Telecommunication Rollout

In a nutshell: you will oversee all site acquisition activities for assigned projects, from initial propagation model and RF design to the final acceptance.

You will ensure all Service Providers adhere to Ericsson’s processes and procedures, measure progress against baselines, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

• External: ASP principals or leads, Customer SA
• Internal: Implementation Managers and Customer Project Managers

Key Responsibilities in details

• Coordinate with Service Providers and other disciplines interfacing with the Site Acquisition group.
• Manage all site acquisition activities, including:
• Auditing site files
• Reviewing and commenting on RFDS
• Assisting in preparation or review of SOW
• Coordinating A&E and/or design services
• Evaluating engineering requirements
• Preparing and coordinating submittal documents (LL and regulatory)
• Handling LL notifications, consents, and regulatory approvals
• Managing work required to complete and acquire NTP
• Handing off NTP to the services delivery team
• Assisting civil work and installation teams with site access, design modification negotiations, and approvals
• Monitor Service Providers' activities to ensure contract requirements, specifications, and milestones for site acquisition are met.
• Solve site acquisition problems encountered by Service Providers.
• Ensure adherence to agreed implementation schedules and guidelines.
• Prepare regular progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Attend coordination and progress meetings.
• Ensure the quality of Service Providers aligns with Ericsson standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain good working relationships with customer representatives and all project disciplines.
• Coordinate activities to ensure all project disciplines align with project goals and objectives.
• Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project life cycle after the baseline is supplied by the CPM.
• Maintain proper records of all site acquisition documentation and data in Site Handler.

Experience and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in site acquisition
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems using existing procedures, techniques, and methods
• Active contribution to improvement and change
• Independent working capability
• Experience with site builds over 200 sites
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or any of the following:
• Registered PE
• Real Estate licensed professional
• Law Degree
• Certified legal practitioner
• Reports to SA3 (Lead) or IM Lead
