Who We're Looking For:

  • Strategic Sales Professionals: You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related field and at least five (5) years of experience in a sales role.
  • Communicators and Networkers: Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, and you're at ease with public speaking.
  • Road Warriors: You're comfortable with traveling up to 75% of the time to meet with clients and manage accounts.
  • Tech-Savvy Individuals: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must, and you can adapt to other software quickly.
  • Physical Go-Getters: You can handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 20 lbs and operating a variety of motor vehicles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Lead the development and execution of sales plans, manage distribution pillars, and optimize district performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain partnerships with dealers and strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Market Insight: Maintain current knowledge of our product lines, competitive equipment, and market tactics.
  • Financial Acumen: Develop equipment quotes, provide financial guidance, and deploy various sales programs.


What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Solid experience successfully selling Construction Equipment is a strong PLUS.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including weekends for events like open houses and trade shows.
  • Knowledge of our equipment, applications, and markets, as well as a basic understanding of competitor tactics.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to operate various motor vehicles.
