The Sales Development Representative reaches out to small businesses, builds rapport and sets them up to learn more about our business and services. If you want to join our team, you need to be committed, confident, ready to engage via the phone. This is an outbound sales role, high volume calls = lots of conversations = new relationships. We wake up every day striving to make a difference to our clients, we help them grow their business and save money.

As a Sales Development Representative we create relationships and set appointments for our outside sales team and create opportunities to increase our company's profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiating outbound calls to schedule appointments for our outside sales representatives.
  • Make calls to potential clients using our calling platform, leveraging resources provided by the company.
  • Ensure submitted appointments meet confirmation guidelines.
  • Meet all daily, weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Communicate professionally to our potential customers regarding our products and organization.
  • Maintain a balance between new relationships and resetting contacts.
  • Be receptive to training and coaching for continued development and success.
  • Be present, motivated and available to work as scheduled.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Call Center experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Great communication skills, friendly personable attitude.
  • Professional manner.

The hourly rate for this position is $19.25.
