Job Description

We are seeking a Supervisor/Shift Leader for our Restaurant Sweetfin to join us! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Team Accountability
  • Training other team members our SOPs
  • Time Management and follow scheduling agenda
  • Opening and Closing shifts
  • Oversee guest services and help to resolve any issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train with and support prep
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
