Key Responsibilities
New application entry and verification
Identify policy issues and then escalate the issues to the appropriate party
Requirements processing
Quality review of new application processing
Communications with distributors and internal staff regarding new applications
New business premium applications and refunds
Updates to policy records of new application communications
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
This individual will be dealing with highly sensitive data and needs to be able to handle material in a confidential matter.
Must have the ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple functions at one time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Detail Oriented
Data Entry experience
High School education required; some college preferred
Insurance experience preferred
