Summary:

The Field Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing Smile’s market presence and leading our marketing efforts with our Sales team to enhance and expand Smile’s presence in the Payer market. This role will require a deep understanding of the payer segment, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to execute field marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to the Payer market. Align field marketing activities with overall Marketing and Sales objectives to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Plan, coordinate and execute logistics of various events in the Payer segment including, but not limited to, webinars and conferences
  • Design and implement Payer-focused marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand messaging and strategy
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, web copy, and social media content tailored to the payer audience
  • Work closely with Sales and Sales Enablement teams to develop training and enablement materials. Provide ongoing support to the Sales teams to enhance their ability to engage with customers or leads in the Payer segment
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and foster long-term relationships with customers
  • Conduct market research to understand needs, trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to generate actionable insights and make recommendations for optimizing field marketing efforts
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of field marketing initiatives including campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all communications and interactions are conducted with the highest standards of professionalism and comply with all applicable policies



Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in field marketing, B2B and/or a related role specifically within the US Payer market.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for the Payer segment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • In-depth understanding of technical concepts and information with the ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly language
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling
  • Previously demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across omni-channels.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use software, including but not limited to, Windows/Mac, Google Suite, Atlassian, HubSpot, SalesForce and more
  • Strong ability to be self-driven and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
