Overview
Join our team as an Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Center Coordinator I, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline, coupled with expertise in MS Office software. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. As a coordinator, you'll provide crucial support to trainees, supervisors, and funders, ensuring the successful progress and certification of the EBP program.
Responsibilities
As an EBP Center Coordinator I, your responsibilities will revolve around facilitating small group practices, delivering monthly certification progress reports, and providing continuous email and telephone support to trainees and their supervisors. Your role involves offering technical assistance for online session recording submissions, guiding trainees through the certification process, and supporting supervisors with certification procedures. Additionally, you'll provide individual coaching, maintain a customer service-oriented approach, and ensure the confidentiality and security of organizational information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Customer service orientation with internal and external customers
- Willingness to travel to various locations in the United States as needed
