The role?

The Director of Growth Marketing & Community at Nēmah will lead the marketing department, focusing on driving growth through strategic program development. This includes overseeing content strategy, community building and engagement, affiliate, ambassador, and influencer marketing. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a profound understanding of digital trends, social commerce, and the creator economy. 


We need a team leader who is both creative and business-minded, capable of effectively balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution of marketing strategies aligned with our brand values and business objectives. This role blends analytical skills and business acumen with the creativity and intuition necessary to develop strategy for disruptive campaigns and compelling content for both Nēmah and Mary Lawless Lee, to establish Nēmah as a leading brand in family skincare.


Our ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, is keenly aware of social trends, is committed to community building, and prioritizes data-driven results. You will inspire the team, providing creative vision, insights, and context to shape ambitious ideas and reimagine program execution to achieve our goals.


Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 (the actual compensation will depend on work experience and skill level)


Responsibilities


Growth Strategy, Execution, & Performance Tracking

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to drive rapid and measurable growth metrics
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources aligned with core values and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Measure & report on KPIs to continuously refine and improve strategies and generate actionable insights on a weekly, monthly, & quarterly basis


Content Strategy

  • Develop Content Strategy with support from Social Media Manager for both Nemah & @MaryLawlessLee x Nemah.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging and culturally relevant marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Maintain a pulse on culture and trends to identify emerging influencers and content creators, and ensure our content is resonant with our target audience


Community, Affiliate, & Ambassador Program

  • Develop a clear strategy for building community—both digital and IRL—to reach new audiences and drive efficient customer growth.
  • Oversee affiliate and ambassador marketing programs, including sourcing of UGC/creator content.


Influencer & Brand Partnerships

  • Manage influencer campaigns by ensuring the content created meets the brand's standards and goals
  • Identify and execute partnership opportunities with synergistic brands to broaden our reach with similar target audiences



Requirements

  • 8 years experience in Digital marketing with a focus in growth marketing, content strategy, community building, & creator economy
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or CPG industries is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience in developing & overseeing content strategy for a brand
  • A strong and proven track record in building digital and IRL community campaigns.
  • Experience leveraging affiliate, ambassador, & influencer marketing programs to drive customer acquisition & revenue growth.
  • Strong comprehension of performance KPIs and the ability to leverage data to assess the impact of your programs and pull out actionable insights
  • Exceptional leadership skills with proven experience managing, inspiring, and leading a team
  • Resourceful and proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
