CASE MANAGER
DEPARTMENT:Elkhart County Community Corrections
HIRING RANGE: $21.20-$23.55/hour based on education and position related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years

Job Summary
Entry level position responsible for learning the many facets of Community Corrections. Will become responsible for a client caseload, working with clients to encourage and reinforce positive lifestyle changes in such areas as education, abstinence from drugs and alcohol, and other treatment programs as needed. Will be required to become IRAS certified. May be required to facilitate client groups.
Job Requirements
Associates degree or 60 college credit hours (may be waived with 10 years of related experience)
Ability to prepare accurate detailed reports and to read and interpret reports/written documents of others
Specialized training/education in counseling, psychology, sociology and/or criminal justice highly preferred and 1-2 years in related field.
Valid Indiana driver’s license, first aid certification, CPR certification, AIDs/universal precautions training, Hepatitis B vaccine eligible.
