Job Profile Summary

The AI/Gen AI Technology Leader within the NVIDIA Alliance at SoftServe, is pivotal in steering the direction, development, and execution of go-to-market strategy (GTM) for AI and General AI initiatives, collaborating closely with the CTO, Delivery, Partnership and Marketing organizations, driving innovations across across business domains, and delivering AI-driven solutions to end customers leveraging NVIDIA stack and beyond.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the NVIDIA partnership in industry and solution research and analysis to drive digital transformation and adopt innovative solutions for our customers in the different domains.
  • Collaborate with ISLs and ISAs to conduct market scans, problem analysis, product and solution evaluation, etc. for potential solutions being evaluated for investment
  • Establish solution strategy and solution vision to address key business challenges identified in collaboration with NVIDIA
  • Drive AI GTM strategy within SoftServe NVIDIA Alliance in a collaboration with NVIDIA, OEMs and other partners within ecosystem
  • Define AI focus areas, use cases and priorities for the following business domains: BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing/ Automotive, Energy, HCLS. Create service offerings, solutions and accelerators based on marked demands. Discover opportunities in other business domains.
  • Become a catalyst of innovations for the customers, working closely with stakeholders on a customer side. Defining solution vision and the ways how to solve real-life customer challenges using advanced technologies.
  • Build effective customer engagement strategy considering customer needs and business objectives, create AI-driven solutions using NVIDIA stack for end customers
  • Work closely with Industry Leaders, Delivery, Marketing, Partnership, and other business functions at SoftServe to deliver NVIDIA-based AI/Gen AI initiatives
  • Сreate comprehensive solution, demos and accelerators using NVIDIA stack in a collaboration with experts in NVIDIA AI Cluster, Product Managers and other Centers of Excellence at SoftServe.
  • Manage risk and make decision regarding timelines, deliverables, priorities and budget
  • Learn new technologies, conduct researches and analysis of new tech capabilities on the market (considering both NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA stack) in a close collaboration with NVIDIA AI Cluster at SoftServe on
  • Conduct opportunity and risk analysis and present findings to management, and leadership to support quantitative decisioning concerning investment in proposed solutions
  • Collaborate and coordinate with management and the CSLs to identify investment sponsors and internal & external partners to support the solution development and its go-to-market
  • Collaborate and coordinate innovation across SoftServe, particularly the COEs, to ensure innovation, differentiation, and impact from the solutions being invested in
  • Assemble teams to support the development and marketing of the solution
  • Establish a solution roadmap, prescribe a SDLC as necessary, and curate the backlog
  • Continually collaborate with NVIDIA to evangelize the solution and bring increasing value and impact to our customers using the solution


Preferred Competencies & Experience

  • NVIDIA AI Enterprise stack. Hands-on experience with NVIDIA stack (NeMo, Riva, TensorRT, Triton, TAO, Modulus, or any other technologies
  • Practiced at “connecting the dots” in identifying and expressing a vision of solutions to ambiguous and abstract business challenges
  • Demonstrable, recent experience in product/solution strategy and vision development, long term product roadmap development and management, risk analysis, market analysis, lean product management, and agile
  • Experienced in driving AI adoption: from driving vision and purpose on a strategic level to leading implementation projects and ensuring value realization from business perspective.
  • Comfortable presenting to internal and external leadership and supporting marketing and sales efforts in driving the solutions they own to market
  • Experience in applying advisory frameworks (various workshops or assessment frameworks) to capture client needs, convert them to architecture drivers and define solution vision and a roadmap
  • Experinced in Python and common ML tech stack (PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, cloud-based toolset or similar)


Required Skills

  • Understanding of Generative AI concept, modalities, patterns and best practices, hands-on experience utilizing LLM models and related technologies on the projects
  • experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science; perfect understanding of ML/AI best practices from technology perspective; have proven record of success solving business challenges using AI (Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning, etc.),
  • point of view to how state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence influence business domains today or will influence in the future, perfect understanding of the adoption challenges and have ideas how to overcome them
  • experience applying AI in at-least one of the following business domains: BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing/Automotive, Energy, HCLS
  • Deep understanding of application use cases and value streams, such as cost reduction, productivity or quality improvement, or any other benefits from applying AI in the specific business domain; understanding how ROI could vary depending on the business domain or business operating model.
  • Understanding of Big Data, cloud computing, common software architecture principles and SDLC
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiating skills, capable of fighting for a solution concept they believe strongly in
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills inclusive of presenting and negotiating with peers and leadership
  • 7 years leading the successful build and deployment of products and solutions within AI industry segment


Education & Certifications

  • 15 years of experience working in the associated industry segment:
  • Bachelor’s Degree related to or supporting the industry segment Advanced degree(s) preferred, including MBA
  • Certifications in cloud, project management, product management, and the related industry are not required but good to have


Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • Remote work with home office
