About The Role

Founded in 1995, MediaLab provides the leading SaaS-based quality management software for clinical laboratories and hospitals in the country supporting for more than 5,000 healthcare facilities in all 50 states (and internationally) and over 500,000 clinical professionals each year. With our proprietary platform, we provide a full suite of solutions from document and compliance management to enterprise and individual education and CEUs, as well as readiness assessments to ensure preparedness for compliance agency regulations and certification. MediaLab is a private equity backed, fast-growing business based in Lawrenceville, GA, outside Atlanta.

MediaLab is looking for an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will join the team responsible for prospecting, negotiating, and closing all new business across our product portfolio. You will apply best-in-class pipeline generation, deal management, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing skills to identify and manage new logo prospects. You will champion our proprietary technology that provides a world class experience to our lab and hospital customers. Using your passion, you will help spread the magic of MediaLab to organizations everywhere.

Responsibilities And Duties

Aggressively prospect and identify new business opportunities and manage a 3x funnel to quota ratio.

Create and manage new business sales plans and strategies.

Negotiate and close new customer business across lab and hospital business lines.

Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota to over deliver new logo acquisitions.

Demonstrates effective sales strategy to manage sales cycle across prospects and service offerings, with ability to close deals within target timeline.

Demonstrates ability to prospect territory and develop new leads within both prospect and existing accounts.

Demonstrates the ability to independently drive business conversations with business influencers and decision makers.

Sells consultatively with the ability to assimilate customer needs and identify recommended services.

Qualifications

5 years in healthcare sales experience

Proven track record of over performance vs sales targets and quotas.

Ability to manage complex sales.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel 25% - 30% of the time.

Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Self-Starter and resilient to change.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Energy, ambition, and drive to succeed - "Makes things happen."

Accustomed to achieving results and winning.

Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally

Shows determination to achieve excellent results.
