As a member of the P&B Commercial Team, you will work with the Legal, Bid Modelling, Operations, and project teams to provide advice and support on: -

  • Assisting the Commercial Management function in their duties by providing commercial support to project delivery teams
  • Support with pre-sourcing, inflight and post contract/commercial activities
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contractual documents in line with corporate governance
  • Supporting key stakeholders with the resolution of contractual issues
  • Providing commercial advice and interpreting contractual documents


YOUR TEAM

  • Our Property and Buildings business includes Structure, Services and Specialists.
  • You will be part of a small commercial team within Property and Buildings, working closely with Legal, Finance and key stakeholders.
  • Our aim is to improve the commercial practices of our people and in turn our business.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on an array of significant projects throughout the UK and globally.

Qualifications

  • Experience of commercial management and contract administration over the contract lifecycle
  • A relevant Degree and/or Membership of a relevant professional body is preferable
  • Preferably experience within a similar role.
  • Good Commercial awareness.
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
