Position Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for customs accounting and daily customs work;
2. Identify reasons for inventory shortages or overages, and develop solutions for handling and improvement;
3. Organize a complete set of documents for customs account book verification;
4. Responsible for tracking the status of materials to port, arranging import materials for customs declaration and inspection work;
5. Proficient in all import and export transactions under online supervision of the E-account book;
6. Familiar with customs clearance procedures and relevant national customs laws and regulations;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Customs expertise: including an overview of customs, customs management, and trade control;
2. Customs professional skills: including customs procedures, classification of imported and exported goods, calculation and payment of import and export taxes and fees, and preparation of customs documents;
3. Customs-related knowledge: including international trade knowledge, World Trade Organization, English proficiency, and knowledge of customs-related laws and regulations.
