As a Retail Sales Associate, you will primarily work in retail pharmacies, representing our brand and delivering personalized experiences to our customers. Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships and helping customers feel their best through our high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

- Provide friendly and professional customer service within the department.

- Offer product recommendations based on individual customer needs.

- Perform product demonstrations and makeovers to showcase product effectiveness.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and new product launches.

- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.

- Manage inventory levels and maintain the visual aesthetics of the counter.

- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role in the retail industry or retails.

- Fresh graduates/ students/ stay-home mother are welcome.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
