Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team
  • Create training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments
  • Conduct product training sessions to ensure the sales team understands the features and benefits of the Edtech products
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify training needs based on market trends and product updates
  • Coach and mentor new sales representatives to help them achieve their targets
  • Evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide targeted coaching and training
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training programs
  • Utilize various training methods, such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training
  • Monitor the impact of training on sales performance and adjust programs accordingly
  • Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop individualized training plans for team members
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team to reinforce learning and skill development
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all training activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales training or education technology
  • Demonstrated success in sales and/or sales management
  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate sales professionals
  • Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and assessments
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and preferences
  • Certification in training and development is a plus
  • Ability to travel as needed to support regional training initiatives
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the organization
