Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position

Renewable Energy Leader

We will count on you to:

• Knowhow of the Renewable Energy Industry and Understanding on criticalities of the Industry
• Managing existing client relationships of the Renewable Energy Practice on a P&L basis, retaining and expanding existing client relationships..
• Drive growth on a pan-India basis with definitive plan for acquisition of new clients for the practice
• Understanding of claims advocacy. Address issues in claims that lead to solution for client benefit.
• Dealing with underwriters for client requirements and being well versed with different Indian insurers, their strength and weakness.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect’s issues and objectives.

What you need to have:

• Deep Understanding of Industry, Government Body.
• 10 years of experience in insurance industry.
• Experience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.
• Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
• Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
• Prior experience in property and large risks underwriting
• Renewable Energy Experience Preferred.

• Ability to independently initiate and manage end to end client acquisition cycle.
• Must have strong decision-making skills and the determination to see projects through to the end
