Job Summary

Network Engineering team is responsible for maintaining the global Network infrastructure comprised of branch office / Data centre network deployments and carrier circuits. This position involves providing support for the existing network infrastructure and project delivery including planning and execution for new initiatives.

In addition to improving existing systems, you'll be helping to research and help integrate new ideas.

Responsibilities

This role requires working in global environment in rotational shift for complete 24*7 coverage.

Handling day-to-day Network (LAN/WAN) operational issues.

Collaborate with peers for project planning as well as day-to-day operational task.

Handling ICR (Incident, Change, Request)

Maintain stable and efficient network performance through monitoring, analysis, tuning, and troubleshooting network problems.

Capabilities

Skills Required

Mandatory:

Solid Networking knowledge with Routing (eBGP, OSPF, Static, etc), Switching & Security concepts.

Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills for LAN & WAN issues.

Thorough understanding of VLANs, Spanning tree, link aggregation, ACLs, Packet capturing, VTP, Log analysis etc.

Understanding of NW Security, Configuration of Perimeter firewalls and Policy configuration.

Knowledge of Network Device/Link monitoring tools.

Expertise in Incident management, project management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA.

Configuration and troubleshooting of site to site / SSL VPN.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
