Overview
We are looking for a Trainee who will can take a lead and work our IT team in creating an inventory and updating the IT documents for our organization that will provide you with hands-on experience in IT management, documentation, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Create an inventory of the existing IT documents and identify the gaps and areas for improvement.
Update the IT documents according to the latest standards and best practices with discussions with the IT Leaders/managers and industry best practices.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the IT documents.
Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to gather feedback and suggestions for the IT documents.
Conduct quality checks and audits on the IT documents and report any issues or discrepancies.
Key Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
Knowledge of Technical Writing and documentations.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Willingness to learn and work independently.
