Job Description

• Must be very strong in Azure Cloud administration, Intune, office 365 administration, ITSM, and advanced Windows server troubleshooting
• Prior administration experience with Atlassian products (like JIRA, confluence, etc.,), CRM solutions (like hubspot)
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security practices, Backup mechanisms, and disaster recovery protocols
• Hands-on experience with Installation/Troubleshooting of Server-client issues, etc.,
• Have an excellent understanding of the technical fundamentals of the internet.
• Working knowledge of any one of virtualization like Hyper-V, VMWare, VirtualBox, Openstack, etc.,
• Must be aware, and willing to own all IT-related policies and compliance.
  
  

Skills Required

• Good technical knowledge of Windows server-client ecosystem, Azure administration, MDM, MAM & Office365.
• Good listener and quick learner
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Must be a team player and prior experience in leading a team is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 OEM certifications in Windows server/ Azure administration/ Intune/ Office365/ITSM tools would be an added advantage.
