International Recruitment Consultant (Swedish-speaking)

Our network of specialists consists of around 45,000 top-tier talents all across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and in Sweden as well. Are you interested to help us grow our network in Sweden? Don’t worry if your English isn’t perfect, most of the time you’ll be working in Swedish. You can work both at our offices in Antwerp and Gotenberg, depending on your personal preference. We would also be happy to support you with your move to Belgium.

Responsibilities

As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will find the best candidates for our clients’ pioneer projects. Hence, you would be responsible for CVs screening, sourcing, head-hunting, interviewing candidates, accompanying them during the selection process by preparing them through all the steps and strengthening the relationship with the candidates throughout the projects. The recruitment life cycle will not end when the candidate would be employed by one of our client companies, but it is when the START button should be pushed!

Investing time with your candidates and building strong relationships with them has a great positive impact on their recruitment process’s experience and in addition it would be relevant to proactively meet their needs and clarify any concerns.

Moreover, as soon as the project will come to an end, we will be ready to introduce the candidate to another interesting project, where his/hers competencies would have the opportunity to boost. That is why, building relationships is fundamental.

What We Expect From You

• You have a Bachelor diploma
• You are curious and eager to success
• You have a proactive personality and positive attitude
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and preferably English. Speaking more languages is a plus!
• You conduct Boolean searches every day and really know your way around online
• You have good communication skills, which you use when dealing with potential candidates
