Your Role: As a project-based consultant at NKO Consulting, you will:

🔹 Client Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse range of clients to understand their unique challenges, goals, and opportunities. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights and develop a deep understanding of their needs.

🔹 Strategic Initiative Leadership: Lead and manage strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance efficiency, and improve overall business performance. Your strategic planning skills will be crucial in identifying opportunities and designing actionable plans.

🔹 Corporate Governance Enhancement: Implement and improve corporate governance frameworks to ensure compliance, transparency, and effective decision-making processes within client organizations.

🔹 Project & Transaction Management: Oversee and manage complex projects and transactions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your project management expertise will be essential in navigating challenges and achieving project objectives.

🔹 Operational Model Innovation: Develop and implement innovative operational models that optimize processes, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable growth. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and design effective solutions.

🔹 Organizational Development: Lead efforts in organizational development and change management, helping clients to adapt to new challenges, foster a positive culture, and build resilient teams. Your guidance will be pivotal in driving organizational transformation and growth.

Qualifications:

✅ Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) is highly preferred.

✅ Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, including significant experience at a leading consulting firm and hands-on client-side roles.

✅ Industry Expertise: Proven experience in one or more of the following industries: public sector, private equity, energy, hospitality and tourism, sports, real estate and construction, media and entertainment, telecoms and technology, culture, arts and heritage, healthcare, education, corporate services, retail and FMCG, logistics and mobility.

✅ Skills & Competencies:

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
