Role Description

- Conduct audits (onsite and offsite) and review of audit documentation against the applicable standards for Information & Cybersecurity
- Reviews certification applications and other applicable documents pertaining to the scheme requirements
- Complete and submit high quality audit reports within established timelines, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Attends ongoing training as needed to maintain certification to conduct audits, maintain training records in the database system
- Monitors the audit program including certification audits, surveillance audits, reaudits, rescoring, and reaudit rescoring.
- Monitors client non-conformance documentation, ensuring close out before decision is made
- Reports to the Manager the decision on granting, maintaining, renewing, extending, reducing, suspending or withdrawing client certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Security disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Second/Third-party Auditor against ISO 27001 and/or combined by implementation experience of the ISO 27001 with a proven track record.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in infosec/cybersecurity is preferred
• Experience in a certification/accreditation body as a lead auditor is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
