Join our dynamic team at Moomoo as a Trading Specialist, where your passion for finance and technology can thrive. As a Trading Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‐growing presence in the marketplace.
What you do
Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business
Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience
What you offer
FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses required
Strong understanding of trading strategies and investment products, with a focus on serving high-net-worth customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with high-net-worth clients and build strong relationships.
Ability to handle complex trading inquiries, derivatives, and investment strategies, offering expert support
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Bonus points if you are bi-lingual in English and Chinese, have experience in executing and managing trades across different asset classes, and are knowledgeable about regulatory compliance requirements.
