We are looking for Technicians (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) with experience and skills to join our team in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in central office operations, data center management, rack and stack procedures, A/C and D/C power systems, cabling, fiber management, and compliance with ATT TP76300 standards.
Responsibilities:
Central Office Operations: Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment in a central office environment.
Data Center Management: Ensure the efficient operation of data centers, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers.
Rack and Stack Procedures: Assemble and install server racks, ensuring proper organization and stability.
A/C and D/C Power Systems: Install and manage alternating current (A/C) and direct current (D/C) power systems for telecommunications equipment.
Cabling: Organize and secure cables to prevent damage and ensure efficient operation.
Fiber Management: Handle fiber optic cables, including installation, termination, and troubleshooting.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with ATT TP76300 standards and other relevant regulations.
