The service line marketing group is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing team to help develop, drive and execute effective marketing initiatives that support the strategic plan of the assigned service line. The Marketing Associate will report to the assigned service line marketing leader.

Job Responsibilities

  • Working alongside tax marketing leader for assigned service line, develop, coordinate and execute strategic marketing campaigns (inbound (email and webinars), events, website, social, PPC, display, etc.) from initial request through final deliverable
  • Effectively complete content briefs to inform writing resources for creation of web content (articles, case studies, white papers, checklists, landing pages and other digital assets), creative, inbound (email and webinars), events and tradeshows, social and other marketing activities
  • Project manage resources through marketing resource management system to ensure all assigned marketing project deliverables meet initial goals and deadlines
  • Manage post-event attendee list cleanup and follow-up process with CRM and sales teams for MQL generation and opportunity tracking
  • Evaluate and analyze target lists, ensuring all prospects align with ideal client profile for your assigned industry
  • Collaborate effectively with industry and geo marketers to go-to-market consistently and holistically for your assigned service line
  • Build effective and trusted relationships with assigned service line subject matter experts (SMEs) and other firm leadership
  • Work with sales support team to review materials (sales email copy, presentations, service line sheets and client/target lists) as required
  • Stay current with event, webinar, social and campaign best practices and promote the advancement of new ideas and innovation to both improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing efforts

Requirements

  • A bachelors in marketing, Communications, English or a related field preferred (or related experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional services marketing or B2B marketing
  • Excellent project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize changing workloads
  • Proactive with strong organizational, writing and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to transform challenging interactions into collaborative partnerships, influencing positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects at once and collaborate with remote team members and management
  • Willingness to share ideas and contribute to a collaborative effort

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or working in a professional services firm
