What You’ll Do

The Senior Manager, Brand - Reebok will drive brand performance by owning, in collaboration with key internal partners, the vision, position, and architecture of the Reebok brand so licensees are clear in bringing it to life in their areas of functional expertise. The Senior Brand Manager will maintain brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to Reebok. The Senior Manager, Brand - Reebok will also manage and coordinate brand activity across the various functions including business development, marketing, and other functions as needed.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Provide design/merchandising direction to Reebok partners with a focus on apparel and soft goods.
  • Collaborate with Creative Direction to execute seasonal direction and provide concise guidance for licensed categories.
  • Work with partners and Brand Management team to review and approve product and packaging designs in a timely manner to ensure brand consistency and go-to-market readiness
  • Collaborate between differentiated product categories to achieve a shared vision regarding product ideas, designs, fabrications and quality requirements, specifically related to channels of distribution, and maximizing the brand aesthetic
  • Own the day-to-day management of a subset of Reebok licensees. Assure compliance with all contractual obligations, align partners to global brand strategies, and meet or exceed revenue plan commitments.
  • Partner closely with each licensee to understand respective business models and product development cycles to drive retail profitability.
  • Gauge new opportunities to drive volume across all channels of distribution
  • Work in tandem with Leadership, Business Development, and licensees to map out product and category strategies for licensees to sustain and grow the brand globally

Must Haves:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Apparel Merchandising, Marketing, or Brand Management
  • Technical expertise with soft goods
  • Ability to understand and explain the Brand’s needs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Must be a strategic thinker with a flexible mindset and a bias for action
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A background with forecasting, budgeting, and tracking revenue data is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate work experience

Primary Location Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
