Our client is an international software consulting firm for SaaS services. Our client is seeking a talented Salesforce Cloud Consultant to maximize their use of the Salesforce CRM system.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional-technical best practices on the SFDC platform.
• Work collaboratively with internal team members to design a solution meeting the business requirements.
• Make recommendations to improve efficiencies by developing and adopting best practices and standardised procedures.
• Lead functional and technical workshops. Demonstrate leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying.
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners.
• Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution proactively and commit to seeing an issue through to completion.
• Document As-Is business processes, requirements, and solution designs for the Salesforce platform.
• Establish trust with the customer's leadership, promoting and implementing standard processes with Salesforce Service Cloud.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in defining, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions.
• Strong Knowledge of Service Cloud and experience in building Service Cloud applications.
• Experience in effectively using Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows,
• Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
• Omni Studio, Einstein Classification, Einstein GPT, Analytical Studio Developer/Consultant.
• Salesforce Certification Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, Service Clouds, Application Architect).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments
• Clarity of thought and strong communication skills to effectively pitch solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions on the Salesforce suite of products.
• You work with engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, code reviews, source management (GitHub), deployment processes (Jenkins), testing, operations, etc., and you also understand data management

Pay range and compensation package: 120K
