North Andover Dental Partners Is Seeking a Skilled And Motivated Prosthodontist With At Least a Year Of Experience In a Practice Setting To Join Our Established Practice In North Andover, Massachusetts. This Is a Unique Position In Which The Right Doctor Will Receive Autonomy And Encouragement To Provide Exceptional Comprehensive Care In a Multi-specialty, Patient-focused Environment. Our Ideal Candidates Are Doctors Who Prefer High-end, Mostly Fee-for-service Offices. We're Especially Interested In Doctors Who May Want To Become Equity Partners With Us And Share In The Profits, But Without The Hassles Of Office Management. Compensation: Our doctors receive 40% of their respective collections, while the office pays 60% of lab fees from your preferred lab. Guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days; Up to 6-weeks time-off.

Qualifications

• Dental degree from an accredited institution, with appropriate specialization.
• Proven experience and expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.

Salary: $300000 - $400000 per year
