About the Role:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and implementation of warehouse projects from start to finish for one of the largest companies in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, including budgeting and scheduling
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
Oversee construction
Maintain quality control throughout the project
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Collaborate with the design team to ensure project meets client requirements and standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial/industrial construction project management
Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial safety regulations and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex construction projects. A degree in civil engineering/ construction management or a related field is preferred
