Our small, but mighty team has established partnerships with Costco, Wholefoods, Safeway, Andronicos, Pavilions, and hundreds of other retailers—and we look forward to continuing growing in 2024.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally with Production, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Marketing to develop and maintain a product roadmap that addresses clear business goals
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• Manage and coordinate supply chain in relation to product development
• Collaborate with Marketing to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends for new products and product lines
• Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with food safety, regulatory requirements, and customers’ wants and needs
• Comprehend and consider seasonality, regional fit, regulatory requirements for both domestic and international markets for new products

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Proven track record of successful product launches (preferably in the frozen desserts)
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Smartsheets, Asana, Jira, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly detailed, thorough, and organized
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, proactively plan, adhere to timelines, and have a creative approach to problem solving

Salary: $85-$90k DOE
