Partnerships Associate

Fabletics is looking for a Partnerships Associate.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the events and brand partnership team. This includes strategic planning, creative development, execution and measurement of events and brand partnerships across the Womens, Mens and Scrubs brands.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team collaborator, highly organized and well-versed in event planning and brand partner management.

You will report to the Partnerships Director and partner closely with several cross-functional Marketing teams (social media, content, creative, retail, etc.).

What You Will Do

• Plan, organize and execute events and brand partnerships to support Fabletics’s business goals and objectives.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, vendors and agencies.
• Track project deadlines and manage workflows accordingly.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Identify and help build win-win, strategic relationships with brand partners; both paid and earned activity including co-branded experiences, activations and social giveaways.
• Stay very organized to ensure that all partnerships and events are executed correctly and as seamlessly as possible.

What You Can Bring

• Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in communications, marketing or public relations preferred.
• 3-4 years related functional or technical experience in event planning and brand partner management across fashion/beauty/wellness sector with a balance of creative, strategic and executional strengths.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand partnerships and executing marketing events.
• Capable project management skills to identify and execute success criteria to achieve key initiatives.
• A positive, high-energy team player who possesses excellent communication, organization and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong skills with Microsoft office tools.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $67,000-$75,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
