About The Role
The Operations Manager is a managerial role, reporting directly to the AVP of Operations. This role is responsible for leading the Operations Coordinators in all functions of operations including, but not limited to: project execution, customer onboarding/off-boarding, project status tracking, & compliance adherence, to enable the achievement of consumer and business sales goals.
Role Responsibilities
Establish and enforce workflows and best practices
Implement and manage project plans to communicate objectives, priorities, & goals among internal teams
Regularly communicate and enforce project timelines to manage deliverables and ensure client satisfaction
Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
Manage direct reports by setting goals, KPIs, and expectations for the team
Collaborate with department managers to ensure all expectations are being met for individual contributors
Provide feedback to key stakeholders on suggestions for improvement to processes voiced by other Managers
Manage the execution of special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
3-5 years experience in project management or operations
1-3 years of experience managing individual contributors
Experience at an Advertising, Marketing, or SaaS company
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective time management
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
Experience with documentation tools (Office, Notion, Confluence, etc.)
Communication with team members and across departments
Nice To Haves
Automotive and/or Pharmaceutical experience
Experience working in a client-facing environment
