- Assist admissions staff with daily responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and mailings.
- Contact students about inquiries, application status, and missing items.
- Listen and respond to voicemails, when necessary.
- Answer emails as designated by admission staff.
- Mail information to students, when requested.
- Record all correspondence in SalesForce, pertaining to each individual student.
- Inquiry communication, as directed.
- Conduct file audits to ensure accuracy in SalesForce.
- Maintain graduate enrollment counselor contact, during travel and regular work
- Assist with guest tours, visits, and information sessions.
- Assist with orientations, class starts, and add/drop.
- Work with Non-Trad Enrollment Staff to improve systems and processes.
- Meet with Non-Trad Enrollment Staff at least once a week.
