Job Description

As the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Product Owner, you will lead the strategic direction and development of our crew focused ATS platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ATS platform based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders (internal teams) and the development team, gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and managing expectations.
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility, using data-driven insights and market research.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Define acceptance criteria and conduct thorough testing of new features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure the ATS platform complies with data privacy regulations and industry standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a focus on SaaS products and preferably ATS or HR technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of software development processes and technologies.
