Key Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Conceptualize designs, analyze and select materials, perform engineering calculations, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Robust Documentation: Support the creation of machine documentation and produce detailed drawings and design analyses.
• Product Support: Provide essential production support and work collaboratively to improve machine warranty rates and resolve customer issues.
• Innovative Project Management: Lead small projects with cross-functional teams to meet timelines, cost, performance, quality, and safety standards.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with various departments, suppliers, and consultants to facilitate technical and non-technical dialogue.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• At least 1 year of design engineering experience preferred.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 (cumulative or within your major) is preferred.
