Marketing Manager

The Ask

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support our US Fulfillment and Logistics division ( and ) who can to work remotely and independently and, if possible, occasionally travel to a local office. This position reports to the marketing director and will be involved in many projects simultaneously.

Who You Are

A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with numerous requests with short deadlines, with Supply Chain marketing experience.

What You’ll Do

• Manage lead generation initiatives, including email marketing, social media ads and organic posts and management of thought leadership documents, case studies and press releases
• Coordinate events both external trade show and speaking engagements and internal webinars
• Collaborate with leaders across Marketing Services to develop collateral material, proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to support the sales efforts for new business
• Assist in the management of the Harte Hanks CRM through HubSpot
  
  

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, including sales support, internal communication, and events
• An understanding of direct and digital marketing
• Supply Chain (Fulfillment & Logistics) marketing experience
• Strong communication, writing, and copy-editing skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS suite; PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Adobe Suite
• HubSpot expertise a significant plus
• Position requires the ability to work remotely and independently, with the potential for occasional travel to a local office in East Bridgewater, MA 02333.
