Job Description: We are seeking two highly motivated Junior Traders to join our client’s dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn and grow within the high-frequency trading industry. As a Junior Trader, you will undergo extensive training on our state-of-the-art trading platform and tools for risk management. You will also gain hands-on experience with deep tick-by-tick research GUIs, access to comprehensive historical tick databases for Python research, and the use of clusters for large-scale simulation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in thorough training to master the trading platform and risk management tools.
• Conduct deep tick-by-tick research and analysis using advanced GUIs.
• Utilize historical tick databases for Python-based research and strategy development.
• Leverage clusters for large-scale simulation and optimization of trading strategies.
• Collaborate with senior traders and mentors to enhance your trading skills and knowledge.
• Continuously monitor and analyze financial markets to identify trading opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience or a strong interest in programming (Excel, Python, etc.).
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and trading.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of persistence and accomplishing challenging tasks.
• Self-starter attitude with a strong passion for trading.
