The ideal candidate will have a strong identity and access management (IAM) background and a proven track record of leveraging Omada to optimize identity governance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and management of identity governance processes using the Omada IGA platform.
2. Configure and customize Omada IGA to align with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Design and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and entitlement models within the Omada platform.
4. Define and enforce access policies, standards, and workflows to streamline access provisioning and certification processes.
5. Regular access reviews and audits using Omada IGA will be conducted to identify and remediate security risks and compliance gaps.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders, to integrate Omada IGA into existing IAM processes and systems.
7. Provide training and support to end users and system administrators on using the Omada IGA platform and identity governance best practices.
8. Stay current on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Omada IGA and recommend enhancements to maximize the platform's effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. 3 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), with a focus on identity governance processes a plus
2. Proven experience implementing and managing identity governance processes using the Omada IGA platform.
3. Strong understanding of identity governance principles, including access provisioning, authentication, authorization, and accountability.
4. Experience configuring and customizing Omada IGA, including role modeling, access certification, and entitlement management.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security risks and compliance issues.
