- Serve as a clinical/medical affairs expert for Hiring Company Products
- Develop relationships with thought leaders and professional organizations
- Provide accurate, relevant, and compliant medical and scientific support
- Assist in the publication plan and use of abstracts/posters at scientific congresses
- Maintain thorough knowledge of disease state, clinical information, and product data
- Advanced degree in life sciences, e.g., Ph.D., PharmD, or mid-level provider
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs preferred
- 5 years of work outside of clinical or academic
- Ability to influence multifunctional teams
- Experience interacting with KOLs and Field Sales
- Experience in urology, oncology, or pediatric endocrinology
- Excellent communication, cross-cultural collaboration skills, and organizational skills
