AP Collateral Risk Analyst (Rochester, NY)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an AP Collateral Risk Analyst to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Rochester, NY.

Job Title: AP Collateral Risk Analyst
Work Location: Rochester, NY
Duration: 5 month contract with option to extend or hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 PM; This will be a hybrid position requiring 3 days in one of these offices per week.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Reviews and analyzes intake information submitted by clients to determine appropriate way to bill new end debtors.
• Makes sure all pertinent information is received and processed within 72 hours of funding; such as contacts, special billing instructions, and debtor questionnaires.
• Works with Factor SQL and Avionte to activate and approve all new end debtors for funding.
• Works directly with clients to help answer any questions associated with prospective billings to make sure all information is loaded accurately.
• Determine proper corporate structure to ensure legal entity name of the debtor is populated accurately for the AR
• Creates custom billing templates to be used by clients during funding
• Escalates special billing requirements to appropriate teams to ensure processes are in place to accurately and effectively load accounts receivables.
• Work with cash/credit/portfolio teams to ensure the suggestion load for direct bills and VMS will allow for clear visibility and cash app
• Assist the Collateral Risk Associates with invoice aging audits to make sure proper collateral documentation is being obtained and analyzed accurately
• Assists Collateral Risk Analyst with aging audits to make sure proper steps are being followed during our clients billing process

• 2-5 years Accounting, reconciling experience
• Microsoft Office, Excel
• Credit Research
• Critical Thinking
• Advanced Customer Service
• Analytical skills
• V-Lookup experience
