Analytics Engineer (Data Warehouse)

Overview: As a Sr. Analytics Engineer, you will be assisting in Vivint's Operations Team. Directly reporting and working with the Director of Data, Analytics Engineering and Data Science.

Must Have

• 3 years of SSIS experience
• 3 years in Analytics Engineering specifically
• Candidates need more experience writing SQL from an analytics perspective.

• Data Warehouse Engineer
• Data Engineer and Data Analyst is not a fit
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of data modeling and data warehousing development experience (SSIS, dbt, Matillion, or similar). SSIS is strongly preferred among those tools.
• Expert in SQL and the principles of cloud warehouse design.
• 2 years of professional experience with Snowflake or Redshift.
• 2 years of experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders and engineers to focus on the highest impact opportunities. You exhibit great judgment and sharp business instincts that allow you to differentiate essential versus nice-to-have and to make good choices about trade-offs.
