Your new role:


Candidate Engagement: Find, attract, and engage with your industry’s top talent through effective engagement strategies. In executive search, you are networking with the current global 1% of talent so this requires persistence and professionalism. You are expected to guide candidates throughout the interview, offer and onboarding process, delivering a best-in-class experience.


Client Development: Build and nurture lasting client relationships, whilst always pursuing new business opportunities. We operate on an international level, so you are expected to drive business prospects and constantly hunt for new relationships. The best consultants understand their clients’ recruitment needs and are able to provide strategic, tailored solutions based on the current international business landscape.


Industry Knowledge: We lead executive searches across a multitude of different industries, from commercial construction through to life sciences. As a trainee consultant, you are not expected to have any prerequisites or prior knowledge, but you will submerge yourself into a selected industry and focus on becoming a subject matter expert. The sooner you can hold a consultative conversation at the top level, the sooner you will see success.


Skilful Negotiation: Your aim is to create win-win situations for your candidates and clients, you will be responsible for negotiating terms and payment conditions to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
