Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive - Hotels, Leisure & Casinos to be based in the UK.

In this position you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Hotels, Leisure and Casinos sector strategy. You will work closely with marketing, commercial and operations contacts across the customer base in order to agree and activate key initiatives that drive mutual growth. You will work cross functionally in order to ensure that the brand is always activated with excellence, liaising with both our marketing and international team. You will be the direct interface between the channel and the Musketeer team, responsible for setting direction, inductions and coaching. You will also be responsible for delivering agreed customer volume and profit targets, managing a budget and being an internal and external advocate of the Red Bull brand.

Commercial Excellence

Drive and develop the channel strategy Be the expert of the sector, understand consumer and category trends To strategically identify and gain both new distribution and in outlet opportunities Accurate forecasting and reporting of customer performance on financial systems Deliver agreed volume and profit targets for customer base Negotiate trading terms with key stakeholders, adopting a more for more approach

Develop and drive strong relationships with all customers across their many touchpoints Identify key opportunities to develop accounts and build a plan that delivers mutually beneficial growth Assist in building and executing marketing initiatives across the key customers, ensuring mutual benefit for both Red Bull and the customer Target key performance drivers such as menu, serve and visibility to unlock growth

Drive customer understanding of our business and its points of difference vs. the competition Internal Brilliance – brand and behaviour. Share best practice within team and wider business External Brilliance – to be an advocate of the brand. Brilliant delivery of the ‘World of Red Bull’ to all key external contacts and consumers Develop strong internal relationships with 1) Category Marketing to assist in developing robust and insightful customer plans 2) RM’s and Musketeers to ensure flawless execution of all activity 3) International team to capitalize on global agreements and best practice

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Proven FMCG Sales experience
  • Evidence of commercial negotiations
