Elementary school teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced primary school teacher for a 7-year-old child (2nd grade). This role requires a strong commitment to online teaching and the ability to integrate into a collaborative team of dedicated educators.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Experience: At least 6 years of teaching experience, both in individual and group settings, with a significant portion dedicated to online education.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Russian and/or Spanish is highly desirable.
• Teaching Methods: Familiarity with educational methods aimed at comprehensive child development, with a focus on experiential learning and world knowledge.
• Engagement: Proven ability to use playful and interactive methods to capture the child's interest and motivate them.
• Teamwork: Willingness to actively participate in the child's educational journey and work within a team of innovative educators.
• Flexibility: Ability to offer a flexible teaching schedule that suits the child's and parents' needs
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a full-time, personalized curriculum for a 7-year-old child in the 2nd grade.
• Conduct online lessons that foster a holistic understanding of the world and promote the child's overall development. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including play-based learning, to engage and motivate the child.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of the child, ensuring a flexible and child-centered approach.
• The teacher should be prepared to cover the following subjects: Natural Science, History, and Geography
• Collaborate with a team of experienced educators to enhance the home-schooling experience.
