Sales Associate/Sales Executives is responsible for the delivering of outstanding client service by engaging client and attentive to client needs. Demonstrate high professional standards with the ability of brand ambassador that share brand values and heritage with clients.
Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience with consistency and corresponding to boutique standards of image and services excellence – identifying clients’ needs, developing client relationships and delivering post-sale services
Achieving monthly sales and key performance indicators objectives
Maintain boutique store environment and visual merchandising in prime condition that best represent the brand
Adhering to company operating procedures, compliance policy and systems
Professional, good team work, discipline and mutual respect in order to contribute to smooth daily operations of the boutique
Requirements
At least 2 years’ retail experience
Proven work experience in luxury/fashion industry, watch or jewellery field will be an advantage
Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, self-motivated with a positive and committed mindset
Well-groomed, possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Able to work independently and willing to learn
Strong sense of responsibility with a positive can-do spirit
Candidates with greater relevant experience will be considered for Senior Sales Executive role.
