We are looking for our next Product Owner:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related;
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) are advantageous;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management or product owner role, preferably in an Agile environment;
• Proven track record of successfully delivering products from concept to launch;
• Strong understanding of product management principles, practices, and methodologies;
• Experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends;
• In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile development teams;
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
• Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering feedback, and managing stakeholder expectations;
• Strong market and customer orientation with the ability to conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify market trends;
• Understanding of user-centric design principles and experience in translating user needs into product features and enhancements;
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment;
• Basic technical understanding of software development processes and technologies to effectively communicate with development teams;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address product-related issues and challenges;
• Ability to make informed decisions based on data, insights, and business priorities;
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving product goals;
