Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and initiate projects with your team.
• Manage time, budget, and priorities for successful project delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with implementation partners.
• Engage with clients on large-scale projects.
• Train teams and customers on project methodology.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Contribute to work order creation, review deliverables, and prepare budgets.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• 5 years of IT project management experience.
• Recent experience with Microsoft D365 F&SCM/F&O/SCM implementation.
• Strong planning, organisation, and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Willing to work onsite and travel 20-30%.
