We're looking for a Junior Business Controller for our headquarters based in Milan.
Role Description
Help to manage monthly closures, analysing P&L and its variances;
Develop and monitor business KPIs;
Analyse differences between actual and forecast for more efficient budget planning;
Work as a business partner with key departments;
Lead preparation and presentation of quarterly business reviews, presenting the economic performance and outlook to the Leadership;
Promote understanding of the financial impact and performance drivers on business decisions and recommendations in a user-friendly manner, communicating to different levels of the organization;
Implementation and maintenance of key monitoring tools.
Skills You Need
A business/engineering degree with 1/2 years of professional analytical experience;
Innovative mindset;
Hands-on approach and problem-solving talent;
Natural team player with communication skills.
